VT Flagship delivers the highest quality training to the maritime sector. From producing a comprehensive whole crew training course for a new build yacht, to individual training and development programmes for a new generation of crew members, we are confident we can serve you.

We offer a broad portfolio of services for yachts, yacht management organisations and professional crew. Our range of extensive and unrivalled capabilities has the potential to help transform the performance of a superyacht, through capabilities previously unavailable to the superyacht community.

We utilise five established UK-based training centres that currently train over 5,000 naval and commercial maritime personnel every year and have access to over 500 of the best trained instructors.

We have combined the best of their experience, precise naval standards and people management skills, with the expertise of superyacht veterans and professionals from the luxury sector, to create the best possible training programmes for crew members.

Our training programmes, which are accredited by STCW 95, MCA, and RYA where appropriate, are delivered to Royal Navy standards. We extend role-related training to include full personal and team development using VT Flagship's state of the art fire fighting centres and the 'Damage Repair Instructional Unit' a sea survival simulator which dramatically replicates onboard flood damage situations.

New to our course portfolio is the Client Representative Masterclass, an eight day intensive programme developed with superyacht industry professionals to provide a deep understanding of the Client Representative in a large yacht environment.
