Crazy costumes and sponsored chest waxing yields pounds for Comic Relief
VT Flagship’s IT department, based at HMS Collingwood in Fareham, swapped their uniforms for a fancy dress day and sponsored chest wax to help raise money for this year's Red Nose Day.
Everyone got into the spirit of the occasion, with wacky costumes ranging from a cow (complete with udders) to a roller skating fairy.
Paul Hackney, who was dressed up as a school boy bravely volunteered for his extremely hairy chest to be waxed. Afterwards he said: “I’m very sore and also very, very relieved that it's over. So far we've rasied over £450 for Comic Relief.”
